STUDY OF SUBSTRUCTURE OF TiAl+Sb BASED ALLOY DEFORMED AT ATMOSPHERE TEMPERATURE
He Yuehui, Huang Baiyun, Qu Xuanhui, Liu Yexiang
1996, 16(4): 1-6.
Abstract:
The deformed substructure of Ti-34Al-0.5Sb(wt%) alloy pressed for 2~3% at room-temperature was investigated in details using TEM.The test result showed that a number of deformed twins formed within r-phase laths when the alloy suffered from deformation at atmosphere temperature. Both neighbouring r phase laths there were most deformed twins which show corresponding relation each other on the two laths boundary when these have some direction. However,Other r-phase laths only contained some dislocations.
A STUDY OF DUAL-ALLOY HIP DIFFUSION BONDING TECHNOLOGY
Mao Jian, Wang Wuxiang, Hu He, Yang Wanhong, Wu Zhongtang
1996, 16(4): 7-12.
Abstract:
The development of HIP diffusion bonding of FGH95 superalloy powder and DD3 single crystal has been explored. The effects of HIP bonding temperature and heat treatment on element diffusion and precipitation at FGH95-DD3 interface have been discussed. The variations of microstrueture and mechanical properties of DD3 single crystal after hipping have also been investigated. The results show that perfect diffusion and bonding at powder-crystal interface can be achieved by proper process control, the properties of DD3 single crystal can alsobe maintained up to the desired levels after HIP diffusion bonding
EFFECT OF PRELIMINARY TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY ON FLOW STRESS FOR FGH95 ALLOY
Hu Chengcai, Lin Hai, Cui Jian
1996, 16(4): 13-17.
Abstract:
Effect of different preliminary treatment on flow stress of FGH95 alloy in isothemal defornation was investigated, the best preliminary treatment technology scheme for this alloy was determined and the basis for developing turbine disk was provided.
STUDY ON PHENOXY RESIN BINDERS OF RADAR ABSORBING COATINGS
Wang Xiaohong, Liu Junneng
1996, 16(4): 18-23.
Abstract:
Phenoxy resin was used as binders of radar absorbing coatings(RAC).The effect of solvents, molecular weight and curing agent on the mechanical properties of RAC has been investigated. The results show that phenoxy resin RAC can be cured at room temperature, adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance of RAC can satisfy the requrements of aircraft.
SINTERING MECHANISMS OF MATERIALS BY MICROWAVE
Wu Su, Lu Anli, Ba Xiangyu, Guo wen
1996, 16(4): 24-29.
Abstract:
The microstructures of ceramic materials are classified and electric field distributions are analyzed according to the characteristics of microwave heating.A micro-zone temperature gradient mode of microwave heating and corresponding liquid phase bonding of ceramics in microwave field is raised based on experiment results.Rational analysis and explanation of the results are given with this mode.
DESIGN FOR A MODEL OF Co DIFFUSION BARRIER
Huo Xiao, Ren Jialie, Lu Anti
1996, 16(4): 30-33,6.
Abstract:
Some considerations of selecting Co diffusion barriers in synthesis of diamond on cemented carbide substrate containing Co are given.Based on the analysis of metallurgical behavior of the barrier in CVD process,a mathematical model for calculating the critical thickness δCr of Co diffusion barrier has been established.
THE INDICATIONS ANALYSIS OF THE 300M STEEL CLEANLINESSBY MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION
Fu Yang, Zhao Zhenye, Zhu Muxiu
1996, 16(4): 34-39.
Abstract:
Alternating and direct current wet continuous magnetic particle inspection(MPI) methods, combined with metallographic examination and trace element microanalysis method, were used to determine the nature of the 300M steel magnetic particle indications. The final results show that the magnetic particle inspection method is acceptable for the cleanliness inspection of aircraft-quality steels.
FEM ANALYSIS ON THE COMPRESSION TEST METHODS OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Zhang Zilong
1996, 16(4): 40-45.
Abstract:
In this paper, the two-dimensional finite element method was used to investigate compression test methods of composite materials based on three different loading methods.i.e.shear loading, end loading and the combined loading. It was found that stress concentration could be found at the root of tabs for all different methods, and the results showed that the shear loading method has the highest values of stress concentration and the end loading the smallest. The combined loading method has a stress concentration between above-mentioned two methods.
THE SIZE EFFECTS OF CRACK IN DCB TEST OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Yu Zhicheng, Jiao Guiqong
1996, 16(4): 46-53.
Abstract:
In many investigations on mode I Interlaminar fracture toughness tests, the effective crack length varied according different workers. The variances of effective crack length induce large scatters of test results and make it difficut to compare data obtained by differen tinvestigators. In this paper, the effects of precrack length, shapes of crack tip and measuring error of crack length on GIC test results were studied.
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CYANATE RESIN
He Lulin
1996, 16(4): 54-61.
Abstract:
This paper brieny introduces the recent general development of the cyanate resin in western countries, from its curing reaction, the way of modification,to its commercialization. The cyanate resin is suitable for use as the matrix of high performance ware transmission and structureal composites materials of aircrafts.
