WAYS TO DEVELOP SUPERALLOY IN AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGY
R. E. Salin
1993, 13(2): 1-8.
Abstract:
This article offers some new ideas from the point of view of thermodynamics, dynamics and metallography on how to improve thermal stability of alloying, microalloying and single crystal alloy. The research and application of intermetallic compound, mechanical alloying superalloy are also briefly estimated.
INVESTIGATION OF SHOT PEENING ON A HOT ISOSTATIC PRESSING NICKEL BASE POWDER ALLOY
Wang Renzhi, Ru Jilai, Li Xiangbin
1993, 13(2): 9-19.
Abstract:
The residual stresses and microstructures after shot pcening and the stress relaxation and microstructre. recoviry and recovery stallization at high temperature of an hotisostatic pressure nickel base powder alloy have been investigated in the present paper. The role of shot peening in the reduction of the porosities in powder alloy has been investigated.
THE STUDY ON THE STAINLESS STEEL WIRE REINFORCED ALUMINUM MATRIX COMPOSITE
Gao Shan, Sun Changyi
1993, 13(2): 20-25.
Abstract:
One mm thick stainless steel reinforced aiuminum composite plates with good appearance and well distributed fiberes (wires) were made by hot pressing under the condition of 560 C. 70MPa. 0.5h. The mechanical properties. stress strain curve and fracture surface of the composite plates in tensile testing were analysed. It was considered that the stainless steel aluminum composites reinforced with fibers (wirss) had a wide application future.
INVESTIGATION OF Ni SOLID SOLUTION IN Au-BASED HEXABASIC ALLOY
Gao Wen, Song Deyu, He Anli, Tang Daokun
1993, 13(2): 26-29.
Abstract:
The Microstructure of Ni solid solution in Au-Ni-Fe-Cr-In-Zr alloy has been characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) combined with quantitative X-ray microanalysis (EDS). The results show that Ni solid solution is a f. c. c structure substitutional solid solution produced by spinodal decomposition (aNi=0.355nm). Its crystal oriention relationship with the matrix is (11-1)Ni,//(11-1)Au, [011]Ni//[011]Au·The compositions were determined by EDS analysis to be 65at%Ni-10at%Au-18at%Fe-7at% Cr. Ni solid solution plays a role of boundary and dispersion strengthening in this alloy.
INFLUENCE OF THE SINTERING TEMPERATURE AND GRAIN SIZE OF LIMESTONE ON THE SINTERING PROPERTIES OF HYDRATLON RESISTANCE CaO CHAMOTTE
Yuan Wenming, Shang Baolu
1993, 13(2): 30-35.
Abstract:
The lower limit of sintering temperatures and the upper limit of limestone grain sizes have been experimentally obtained for preparing the hydration-resistance CaO chamotte at lower temperature. The research shows that the hydration increment ratio varies exponentially with sintering temperature, and the grain size of limestone affects the density of chamotte by influencing the emission way of CO2 in the pyrogenic decomposition process of Calcium Carbonate.
THE STUDY ON CONTINOUSLY ANODIC OXIDATION OF CARBON FIBRES AND ITS MECHANISM
Wang Yan, Wei Yuezhen, Li Yin
1993, 13(2): 36-43.
Abstract:
The apparatus designed and made by the author for continously anodic oxidation is used in this paper. NH4HSO4, NaClO、NaOH、and HNO2 are used as electrolytes. The result is that the ILSS of the composites of carbon fibres treated with anodic oxidation is increased greatly and that the tensile strength of its composites is increased unobtrusively and that the impact strength of its composites is decreased. XPS is used to study the elemental kinds and quantity and the polar functional groups of the surface of carbon fiores. SEM is used to study the aspect of the surface of carbon fibres and the fracture of its composites.
THE STUDY OF HONEYCOMB SANDWICH MICROWAVE ABSORBING MATERIALS DIP COATING SYSTEM
Xing Liying, Liu Junneng
1993, 13(2): 44-51.
Abstract:
Basic compositions (resin and absorbent) of the dip-coating system were studied in this paper. Furthermore, we studied the effect of manufacturing technology on conducting construction of absorbent. Some regularities which affect the wave absorbing properties were summarized.
THE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF Al-Li ALLOYS IN RUSSA
E. N. Flidlander, E. N. Kolobnev
1993, 13(2): 52-58.
Abstract:
The development and application of Al-Li allops 1420, 1430, 1450 in Rassian aerospace indnstry are reviewed in comparison with western analogues. This paper also pronides some examples of application of Al-Li alloys as constraction elements at fighters, transporters, civil airplanes and helicopters.
